BIO – A highly successful Elite professional rugby operative, level 3 coach and former National 1 Director of Rugby .Harman is the current Emerging Talent Lead of the Gloucester Academy, identifying the best talent from around the world for the English premiership outfit. Former Head of Academy and Recruitment for Wasps between 2015-2022. Here Harman oversaw one of the best Academies in the Premiership, which produced players of the calibre of Alfie Barbeary [Bath], Greg Fisilau [Exeter] , Asher Opoku [Sale], Sam Spink [Western Force] , Ollie Hartley [Saracens] just to name a few. He also managed and oversaw the whole player and staff recruitment process at Wasps, where he was responsible for signing of world class players to up and coming junior internationals. During his playing career, Harman played for Saracens and Blackheath.
